This is a quick tip for you guys, on how to add or hide desktop applications. Some people really likes to have the ''Computer'' icon or ''Trash'' icon on their desktop. You just need to follow this video. Hope you'll enjoy.
First press Alt+F2 - type: gconf-editor - navigate to app - nautilus - desktop

Or you could just use Ubuntu Tweak, to do it.
